Job Description
As a Personal Banker at First National Bank of Omaha, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers in our branches. You'll work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and develop personalized solutions to meet those needs. You'll also participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting and engaging with customers to understand their financial needs
Maintaining accurate records and meeting sales targets
Working collaboratively with branch managers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of retail banking experience
Bilingual Spanish skills a plus
