At Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc, we're seeking a Product Controls Manager to join our Help Me Borrow team.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual to work alongside stakeholders in the Help Me Borrow team and our Centres of Expertise, reporting to the Senior Customer Value Manager.

This role is fundamental to ensuring effective management of risk, and compliance with our Risk Management Framework.

You'll develop your understanding and application of key risk and control methodologies, working on product design to ensure it's compliant, works as designed, and delivers good conduct and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the development of product related features, benefits, and communications to improve customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong data and numeracy capabilities, and a methodical and logical approach to complex problem solving and investigation.
  • An understanding of enterprise-wide risk and control frameworks, processes, and minimum standards.
