Financial Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Manager to join our team at NatWest Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality statutory and external reporting, as well as leading the simplification and standardisation of our disclosure production process.
You will lead teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information, ensuring adherence to our operating model and process architecture principles. Your expertise in financial control and external reporting will be essential in driving cultural change and achieving team objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a control framework aligned to our overall strategy
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information
- Leading teams to deliver high-quality statutory and external reporting
- Driving cultural change and achieving team objectives
Requirements:
- Proficiency in accounting and accounting standards
- Experience in implementing business process and procedural change
- Significant experience in financial control and external reporting profiles
- Ability to implement operating model and strategic change
We are looking for an individual with excellent transferable experience of working in a large multinational financial services environment, preferably in an external reporting team.
