Job Title: Children's Residential Home Manager

Floracaregroup is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our new children's home, providing therapeutic care and support to up to 2 young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a staff team and create a child-centred therapeutic home
  • Manage services, including staff management and supervision, care and placement planning, safeguarding, and quality monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Develop constructive working relationships within the community
  • Lead and manage the home, inspiring both children and staff
Requirements:
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent
  • 3 years' experience working with children, including at least 1 year at senior level
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and children's rights
