About the Role:

Medsolve is seeking a dynamic and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our EBD residential home in Knowsley, Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting independence and life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide residential care, education, and wrap-around services to children.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, relevant legislation, and Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with external contacts to provide a seamless service to children and their families.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and services, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant role, including supervision and management of staff in a care setting.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Thorough knowledge of Ofsted regulations and expectations, relevant legislation, and Quality Standards.
