Role Overview

To achieve business growth and success in the designated post code area, we are seeking a highly skilled New Business Manager to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Depot Gross Margin: Contribute to the achievement of the depot's gross margin.
  2. Manage Debt Ledger: Effectively manage the debt ledger for the area, ensuring timely completion of company account forms and collection of cash and cheques.
  3. Drive Brand Partnerships: Deliver targets on drive brands with brand partners, enhancing our market presence.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Account Management: Oversee accounts from start to finish, maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
  6. Interdepartmental Liaison: Collaborate effectively with various departments, including telesales, credit control, sales support, distribution, and administration.
  7. Technical Installations: Organize technical installations on draught beer dispense equipment, ensuring seamless operations.
  8. Customer Consultation: Offer impartial advice to customers on promotional activities, supporting their business growth.
  9. Brand Representation: Liaise with brand representatives operating in the area, fostering strong relationships.
  10. Product Promotion: Successfully promote LWC Drinks' own brand products, enhancing our market share.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Microsoft Excel: Utilize Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records.
  • Team Work: Exhibit good team work skills.
  • Communication: Display good communication and relationship building skills.
  • Drinks Industry Knowledge: Possess specialist knowledge of the drinks industry, products, and the on-trade market.
  • Commercial Experience: Showcase commercial experience in selling wine, preferably in the on-trade sector.
  • WSET Level 1: Hold a WSET Level 1 certification.
  • Track Record: Demonstrate a good track record in sales and meeting growth targets.
