Children's Newly Qualified Social Worker

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Newly Qualified Social Workers to join our team at Suffolk County Council. As a Newly Qualified Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in need.
Key Responsibilities- Work with children and young people who are subject to s17 and s47 assessment, child in need, and child protection plans
- Collaborate with our children in care teams to provide support and guidance to children in long-term placements and those subject to care proceedings
- A supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters career development and growth
- Regular supervision and clinical supervision to ensure you feel supported and confident in your role
- Protected development time and a reduced caseload to enable you to focus on your professional growth and development
