About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Group.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our customers and the workshop, providing outstanding customer care and informing and consulting on vehicle servicing.
You will keep the customer up to date at every stage, answer any questions or queries they may have, and liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.
You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
About You
We are looking for individuals with a willingness to learn and progress, who have excellent organisational and administrative skills, and good attention to detail.
A strong customer service background is beneficial, as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
