Client Solutions Manager

As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you will have access to an array of clients across the care sector, driving recruitment solutions to those businesses. This role requires a senior recruitment professional with experience in the industry, who can display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach, and grow client accounts to increase GP. The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. Benefits include a generous basic salary, a very competitive commission scheme, a flexible benefits package, and many more. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing business relationships, taking ownership of specific markets, and driving the business forward through new business development meetings with target clients and review meetings with existing clients. You will also provide data & insight to current and new clients to build better relationships.
