Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5pm or 9:30am – 6pm. As a Norwich Team Member, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on a range of insurance products, answering customer enquiries, and processing documents.

Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice on insurance products.
  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Processing documents and maintaining accurate records.
  • Building positive relationships with customers and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • GCSE level qualifications in Maths and English.
  • Knowledge of FCA rules and regulations.
Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £22,000 - £23,000, plus bonus.
