We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. In this role, you will provide administrative support for our IFA operations, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and providers.

Job Description:

This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, maintaining client records, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience in an administrative role, preferably in the financial services sector. They will also possess sound technical knowledge covering investments, pensions, protection, and be familiar with the FCA rules and regulations.

A salary of £28,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for IFA operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Prepare documentation for client meetings and business submissions
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • At least one year's experience in an administrative role
  • Sound technical knowledge covering investments, pensions, and protection
  • Familiarity with FCA rules and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
