We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Solicitor to join our nationally recognized and ranked Outsourcing, Technology and Commercial Team at Wright Hassall LLP. The successful candidate will work on a diverse caseload of commercial matters, ranging from advising small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on day-to-day queries to collaborating with major corporate clients on large-scale projects and outsourcing initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) standards to safeguard our clients and support the Firm in maintaining its Practice Management standards and accreditations.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes into account the unique circumstances and needs of each client, delivering value for money.
  • Support key projects by ensuring that targeted deliverables and benefits are achieved, driving business growth and success.
  • Set clear objectives for direct reports and actively manage to reinforce strong performance, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Provide coaching and training for individuals to maximize talent development, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial contracts, ideally with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) or Chartered Fellow status. They will possess excellent client and team communication skills, with a strong desire to play a key role in shaping the future of our Commercial team. Above all, they will be able to deliver concise, high-quality, and tailored advice to our key clients.
