Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our team at Arbuthnot Yon, a leading business in the West Midlands. As a Commercial Lawyer, you will play a key role in supporting our client's net zero ambitions by working on high-profile infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of commercial agreements related to net zero infrastructure projects
  • Work closely with our client's legal team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our client's business by providing expert legal advice
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with commercial agreements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience as a Commercial Lawyer in private practice or in-house
  • Strong understanding of commercial law and its application to net zero infrastructure projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
