About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Business Unit Manager to lead our scientific services division. As a key member of our inScience Communications team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving editorial efficiency, and delivering high-quality projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, including staff and budget, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in medical communications, excellent leadership and project management skills, and a sound understanding of the medical communications industry and its therapeutic areas.

Compensation Package: This role offers a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
