Job Title: Sales and Partnership Manager - Live Events
About the Role:
Creative Personnel is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Partnership Manager - Live Events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong partnerships within the AV and Events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including event planners, venue managers, and other industry professionals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients
- Collaborate with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management within the events industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of AV and video technology, including current trends and innovations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
