About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Proactive Personnel Ltd. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating sales agreements.
  • Order Management: Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Merchandising: Create engaging and visually appealing merchandising displays to promote products and drive sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, providing expert advice and recommendations to clients.
