Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with teachers and specialists to create effective learning plans and implement strategies to support students with SEMH and behavioural difficulties.

Your duties will also include:

  • Providing individual and group support to students.
  • Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment.
  • Monitoring and reporting student progress to staff and parents/carers as needed.
