We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to take on a small SEMH class at a special school in South-East London. The role offers a permanent start in September and provides the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of teaching assistants and SEN Teachers.

About the Role:

  • Teach a small SEMH class of 6 children in KS3 with social and emotional problems and autism.
  • Class teacher responsibilities include providing behaviour management in small groups.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Confident SEN Teacher with experience teaching SEMH children is essential for this position.
  • Proven behaviour management skills in small groups are crucial for success in this role.
  • Previous experience in special schools or alternative provisions is highly desirable.
