Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our display and social media advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media advertising, display and video advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and target audience.
  • Manage and launch paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Google Display, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and data insights to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
  • Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different platforms, ensuring optimal spend and performance.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Conduct A/B tests to evaluate ad performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Go-To-Market, Sales, and Partner Success to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to our paid media efforts.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GDN) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop engaging ad content that captures the audience's attention.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
