Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at World Travel Protection. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research the market to identify potential clients and opportunities
  • Initiate engagement with potential clients through cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Build relationships with clients by educating them on their travel risk profile and identifying their needs
  • Present service capabilities to clients in the context of their needs
  • Progress solid leads through the sales funnel and arrange sales meetings
  • Follow up with potential clients that have expressed interest in the past
  • Represent World Travel Protection at industry events

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in tech sales, consulting, or medical sales
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach
  • Fluency in English; advantageous if proficient in a second language
  • Hunter mentality with strong drive and balanced with compassion
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong networking skills, both externally and internally
