We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at K3 Capital Group. As an Accounts Assistant with dual responsibility for Payable and Receivable, you will be responsible for managing all AP/AR matters, including processing invoices, resolving queries, creditor/debtor management, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable inboxes, investigating and resolving all AR/AP queries.
  • Overseeing creditor and debtor ledgers, analyzing movements and trends.
  • Ensuring timely invoicing, communication with MDs, payment of outstanding amounts, and sending remittances.
  • Monthly reconciliation of the finance system and cashiering system.
  • Reviewing and improving accounts receivable/payable processes and controls.
  • Managing customer accounts on the finance system, including penny W/O, FX, and credit notes.
  • Applying correct VAT rates to all invoices raised.
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting as required by senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of general education, passes in GCSE English and Maths, and relevant experience in accounts payable and receivable. Analytical skills, knowledge of Excel (pivot tables and formulas), and proficiency in using a finance system (preferably iplicit) are desirable.
