Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at FFR Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a varied role, overseeing financial operations and supporting the growth of our business.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, with excellent organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in Excel. They will be responsible for producing financial statements, managing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

We offer a competitive salary package of up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a target-driven and results-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Production: Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss statements, budgets, cash flows, and management accounts.
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payroll, VAT returns, sales and purchase ledgers, credit control, petty cash, and employee expenses.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the preparation and presentation of company budgets and forecasts.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices.
  • Board Pack Preparation: Assist with the preparation and presentation of the monthly board pack to company management.
  • Business Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the implementation of long-term business strategies to achieve company objectives.
