**Job Summary**

We're looking for a highly skilled Category Management Professional to join our Business Services team. As a Category Management Professional, you will be responsible for leading the development of category management strategies and ensuring that procurement activity delivers Value for Money.

You will have a strong background in end-to-end category management, with experience of delivering projects or programmes within the Public Sector. You will also possess excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain category strategies to ensure business outcomes and Value for Money are optimally delivered
  • Lead the development of category management through analysis of business requirements and the gathering of intelligence
  • Manage project portfolios and track progress to deliver against FCA priorities efficiently and effectively

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrable evidence of delivering end-to-end category management and procurement processes
  • Proven experience of managing teams and leading strategic initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills

**Salary & Benefits**

  • A competitive salary of £80,000-£110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
  • Private healthcare with Bupa
  • A non-contributory Pension of at least 8% of basic salary each month
