We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Support Professional to join our team at a SEN school in Bramley. As an ideal candidate, you will have a passion for working with children and young people, particularly those with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities- Support class teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual pupil needs
- Provide one-to-one support or group assistance to pupils with SEN
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to enhance pupil outcomes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of supporting pupils with SEN in a classroom setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
- A degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent experience)
A highly competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive team.
