Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in a SEN school in Bramley. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide one-to-one support, and motivate pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver interactive lessons as part of a collaborative teaching team.
  • Provide individualized support or group assistance to pupils with SEN.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment by assisting with behavior management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective educational strategies.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, reflective of the importance of this role in supporting student well-being and academic success.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant (desired).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
