About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Knox Court in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Assist with housekeeping and domestic duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Support residents with activities that promote their health and wellbeing, such as booking appointments and escorting them on visits
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a responsive and flexible service
Requirements
  • Candidates should be warm and friendly, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience in a care or support environment is desirable, although not essential
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our residents
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a willingness to pursue relevant qualifications
