Job Title: IUC Team Leader
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IUC Team Leader to join our team at Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of administrative staff and providing support to our healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
- Develop and implement business processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide support to healthcare operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
Requirements:
- Relevant diploma level qualification in business / management or numerate discipline or equivalent experience in similar role.
- Administrative qualification - RSA Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Experience of working to a system of priorities to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate complex information together with the ability to persuade and negotiate with all levels of staff.
- Proven organisational skills, methodical and accurate.
