Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our IDU team as an IDU Specialist. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end process for handling requests related to Communications Data, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and operational security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage requests for witness statements, producing statements and accompanying exhibits as needed
- Represent Three UK in court proceedings when required
- Provide first-line technical system support and troubleshooting for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain expertise in relevant systems for retrieving and disclosing communication data
- Understand Three's products and services to assess their impact on IDU operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records for audit trails and operational effectiveness measurement
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business, particularly the Data Protection team
- Safeguard the business's interests
Requirements
- Experience of liaising with law enforcement and other companies in similar sectors
- Good working knowledge of mobile telecommunications
- Excellent data processing, problem solving and data analytics skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure whilst still displaying sound decision making and reasoning skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels as well as proven ability to work unsupervised
Additional Information
This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be required to undergo vetting and maintain enhanced security requirements within the IDU. The salary range for this role starts at £41,520, with a performance-based annual bonus and additional benefits.
