IDU Specialist

Job Summary:

The IDU Specialist role at Three is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process for handling requests related to Communications Data. This involves ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and operational security standards, managing requests for witness statements, and representing the company in court proceedings when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring confidentiality and operational security standards
• Managing requests for witness statements and producing statements as needed
• Representing the company in court proceedings
• Providing technical system support and troubleshooting for stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining expertise in relevant systems for retrieving and disclosing communication data
• Assessing the impact of Three's products and services on IDU operational efficiency
• Maintaining accurate records for audit trails and operational effectiveness measurement
• Collaborating with colleagues across the business

Requirements:

• Five years' continuous residency in the UK
• UK/European/Commonwealth citizenship required due to vetting criteria
• Ability to work unsupervised and make autonomous decisions
• Excellent data processing, problem-solving, and data analytics skills
• Good working knowledge of mobile telecommunications

Additional Information:

The salary range for this role starts at £41,520, with a performance-based annual bonus and additional benefits. The company offers a hybrid working arrangement, with employees working from a mix of office-based locations and their home in the UK.
