Join Our Team as a Turnaround Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Turnaround Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for improving operational standards across all our care homes in the UK.

About the Role

The Turnaround Manager will work closely with underperforming homes to improve the quality of care, manage budgets, and oversee financial performance. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in our operations and ensuring that our care homes deliver the highest quality of care to our residents.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary starting from £55,000, depending on experience, plus a KPI bonus. Requirements
  • NMC Pin is preferable
