Deputy Manager Opportunity at Akari Care Careers

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Akari Care Careers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care home, providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure the efficient operation of the care home.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote our care home and attract new residents.
  • Provide coaching and training to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.

About You:

We are looking for a Deputy Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to older adults. You will have a strong background in nursing or a related field, with experience in leadership and management. You will be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families.
