Senior Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to support service users in the community. As an agency support worker, you will work with people of all ages and conditions, often recently discharged from hospital and needing assistance to live independently at home.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support and care to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support
Shifts are typically 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm, with options for early, late or mixed shifts. The package includes:
- A competitive hourly rate of £14 per hour on weekdays
- An increased rate of £17 per hour for weekend shifts
