About the Role

This home-based position involves managing casework, providing direct support, advice, and guidance to beneficiaries on a wide range of issues including health, social care, employment, benefits, statutory support, and housing. You will assess the needs of beneficiaries, collaborate with regional specialist teams and external service providers to ensure effective support delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing creative solutions tailored to individual beneficiary needs
  • Working closely with the Casework Services Manager and Head of Welfare to identify and address local beneficiary needs
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of statutory benefits and advising beneficiaries accordingly
  • BUILDING strong connections with local organizations to reach beneficiaries in the community

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will also have a strong understanding of welfare systems and services, as well as experience in case management and advocacy.

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive training program and opportunities for professional development.
