As a Wellbeing Specialist - Store Operations at NEOM Wellbeing, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our stores. This will involve overseeing stock management and operations, implementing local commercial strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

- Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
- At least 2 years' experience in managing a team, ideally in a department store environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
