Room Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Simply Education Ltd. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and passionate Early Years professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our nursery. You will be working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of Early Years professionals to deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  2. Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of our children.
  3. Monitor and assess the progress of our children, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach.
  5. Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  2. At least 6 months' experience working in a nursery or similar setting.
  3. A good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. A passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
