About Us

Pumpkin Patch Nursery is a family-owned company with six nurseries on the South Coast. We're proud to have achieved an Outstanding rating from Ofsted in all our Brighton and Hove locations. We're now expanding and looking for Qualified Educators who share our passion for the Reggio Emilia and Scandinavian Forest School approaches.

What We Offer

Induction and Training

We provide a comprehensive two-week induction programme, both in the room and online, to help you get to know our policies and practices. You'll also receive ongoing training to help you achieve your goals, including Forest School Training, Beach School Training, and fully funded SEND training.

Flexible Working and Benefits

We offer flexible working hours, including part-time options, to help you achieve a better work-life balance. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including a Christmas to New Year break, paid breaks, and a sick pay scheme.

Professional Development

We're committed to helping you grow and develop in your career. You'll have access to three inset days a year, with workshops to develop your skills, and evening classes in the arts. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in international trips to Reggio Emilia in Italy.

Collaborative Team Environment

You'll work collaboratively with Outdoor Leaders, Artists, and other colleagues to provide exceptional education and engage children in exciting activities that promote their development.

Requirements

We're looking for Qualified Nursery Educators with a UK Level 2 or 3 Early Years Education Qualification. You'll need to have a DBS check and two satisfactory references from your most recent employers and work with children.
