We're a leading FTSE100 plc, proud of our diverse and inclusive culture. Our Finance team is seeking a talented Financial Performance Analyst to join our Technology Business, driving improved programme performance and providing a robust view of regulatory, performance, and financial objectives.

About the Role

As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll partner with our technology teams to deliver and maintain secure and stable IT services, maximizing value to our business. You'll work with business leaders to ensure the delivery of capital programmes through insightful analysis and challenge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on month-end reporting and provide monthly forecasts/budgets, leveraging your technical accounting background.
  • Provide analysis and insight on monthly and annual performance against budgets to inform decision-making and drive actions within delivery areas.
  • Develop a performance framework to ensure the right measures are focused on to deliver required business performance.
