This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing team, leveraging your analytical skills to provide a robust and insightful view of our regulatory, performance, and financial objectives. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality monthly reporting, challenging existing practices, and identifying improvements in both the short and longer term.

As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll partner with our technology teams to deliver secure and stable IT services, maximizing value to our business. You'll work with talented individuals and teams, always looking for innovative ways to aid our business colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work with Technology's business leaders to ensure the delivery of capital programmes through your insightful analysis and challenge.
  2. Support the Technology Business by leading on projects to drive improvements in the reporting provided.
  3. Lead on month-end reporting and providing monthly forecasts/budgets, utilizing your technical accounting background.
  4. Provide analysis and insight on monthly and annual performance against budgets to aid decision making, while driving actions within delivery areas where activity is off track.
What You'll Bring:
  1. Financial qualification in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
  2. Substantial experience within Finance, including exposure to business operations.
  3. Demonstrable track record of taking the lead in diagnosing business issues and delivering performance improvements.
  4. Developing a performance framework to ensure the right measures are being focused on to deliver the required level of business performance.
