About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our ambitious 5-year regulatory period, driving growth and improvement across our finance function. As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll provide high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making, working closely with our Business Partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the monthly project forecast process, facilitating cross-team discussions and analysis.
  • Monitor capitalisation rates, identifying trends and deviations, and providing detailed analysis.
  • Partner with Group corporate functions, including Investor Relations and Tax, to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, leading projects to drive improvements and supporting business case development.
  • Coordinate year-end financial and performance reports, analysis, and Investor Relations activities.
  • Work closely with the capital accounting team to understand depreciation, in-month actuals, and full-year forecasts.
What You'll Bring
  • Financial qualification in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
  • Substantial experience in Finance, including business operations exposure.
  • Demonstrable track record of leading business improvement initiatives and delivering performance enhancements.
  • Experience using Tagetik, SAP ECC, and SAP BW.
