About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team as a Financial Performance Analyst (Capex), where you'll provide high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the monthly project forecast process, facilitating cross-team discussions and analysis.
  • Monitor capitalisation rates and provide detailed analysis to explain deviations.
  • Partner with Group corporate functions, including Investor Relations and Tax.
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and lead projects to drive improvements.
  • Coordinate financial and performance reports for Investor Relations, the CFO, and STEC.
  • Work closely with the capital accounting team to understand in-month actuals and full-year forecasts.
Requirements
  • Financial qualification in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
  • Substantial experience in Finance, including business operations.
  • Demonstrable track record of leading business improvements.
  • Experience using Tagetik, SAP ECC, and SAP BW.
