Empowering Children with Complex Needs

A supportive and welcoming school in Newport is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to make a vital difference in the progress and academic development of pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to children struggling with ALN and help students understand instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement individual learning and support plans in collaboration with the classroom teacher and SEN team.
  2. Prepare, provide, and deliver suitable learning materials to cater to diverse needs.
  3. Support the creation of a positive working environment that promotes social and emotional development.

Requirements:
