Job Description:

Austin Fraser is recruiting for a highly skilled Building Services Maintenance Specialist to join their team in Warrington. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services to mechanical plant, including plumbing, pipework, venting, pumps, valves, AHU's, FCU's, feeds, motors and associated mechanical plant room equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a suitable mechanical Apprenticeship and a City and Guilds or equivalent qualification. You will also need to be familiar with maintenance operations, AHU's, Fan coil Units, plant room kit, general pipework etc., and possess a multiskilled background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise.

Salary Information: The salary for this role is £36,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience level. A van or car with personal use is also provided.
