Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to queries from clients via support systems, email, and phone, providing timely and accurate solutions to technical and process-related issues.
  • Create and maintain support materials, including internal training resources and external user guides, to ensure seamless support delivery.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify and resolve issues, providing clear explanations and updates throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the software development team to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with data entry during quieter periods, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact politely and clearly with clients and colleagues.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear language.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and a common-sense approach to problem-solving.
  • Technical experience with software is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Above all, a genuine interest in and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
