About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Newry. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily tasks and personal care.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and daily living tasks to service users, working in accordance with their individual plans and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with service users and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding changes in service users' conditions or circumstances.
  • Use our on-call system in accordance with service guidance.
  • Attend training sessions, team meetings, and individual supervision as required.
  • Complete documentation, including service user records and timesheets.
  • Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
