Job Summary

We're looking for a Care Assistant to support our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Supporting clients with household tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support
Requirements

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you'll need:

  • Experience in a care or support role, ideally with a focus on personal care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
