We're looking for a Care Assistant to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks.


Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Supporting clients with household tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Following individual care plans and risk assessments to ensure the highest level of care
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you'll need:

  • Experience in a care setting, preferably with a focus on home care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
