- Warranty and Returns: Process warranty claims and returns, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to suppliers in a timely manner.
- Supply Chain Management: Source and procure parts from suppliers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the parts manager and other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Experience: Recent or current experience working with automotive vehicle parts is essential.
- IT Literacy: Proficiency in using dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues is required.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service and sales skills are essential for success in this role.
- Driving License: A valid UK driving license with minimal points is required.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive starting salary of up to £29,000 per annum, pending experience.
- Annual Leave: 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, with holiday allowance increasing over the length of service.
