Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their parts needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Parts Sales: Sell parts to customers over the counter and via telephone, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of orders.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, sourcing and procuring parts as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Stock Control: Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring that all parts are properly stored and secured.
  • Warranty and Returns: Process warranty claims and returns, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source and procure parts from suppliers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the parts manager and other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Recent or current experience working with automotive vehicle parts is essential.
  • IT Literacy: Proficiency in using dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues is required.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service and sales skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license with minimal points is required.
