Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to join our team. As the head of department, you will lead by example and take pride in the work that you do.

Job Description:

As the Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness. This includes motivating your team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve excellent results
  • Anticipate customers' needs and provide exceptional service

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
