Community Care Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Community Care Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of community care services. This includes managing clinic bookings, theatre diaries, and patients in line with RTT standards.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing medical dictations, including transcription and processing urgent letters in accordance with SOP. Strong communication skills are essential to liaise with patient records staff, ward clerks, and other organizations to ensure all medical notes, referral letters, results, and discharge summaries are available for outpatient appointments and consultations.
The estimated salary for this position is around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Located in Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, you will be part of a large acute and community Group arrangement, seeing well over one million patients every year.
