Outcomes First Group is a leading provider of specialist education, care and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Scunthorpe team.

Salary: £31,639.40 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will be responsible for supervising a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers and working closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth running of our service.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a strong background in health and social care, preferably with an NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care Adults or equivalent qualification. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care Adults or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of working in a similar setting
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and training skills
